FEATURED PILOTS
Engineering, fabrication and technology move forward from SOW. Units are checked and evaluated throughout production. Client receives daily updates and photography and progress updates through final completion.
Pilot results provide real-world data before a broader capital commitment is made. Measured results inform decisions around fixture design, technology, investment and rollout scale.
In-store performance is measured against the agreed test criteria. Depending on the program, that can include pass-by traffic, engagement rate, dwell time, shopper interaction, digital usage and available sales or conversion data.
Completed pilots are inspected, tested and airfreighted to the test location. Installation and commissioning are coordinated as part of the program, with the finished environment documented at launch.
